We will use the Winter Olympics as our theme to create a photo montage.

First, let's download the Canadian flag to serve as our background image. After you paste it into a New Document, crop to 6" x 4" @ 72 p/i.
Then we will use the famous logo below for our first image that goes in the layer above the background.
We will use the rest of the images below to add to our montage.
