- USE THE CHART TO FIND THE HANDS THAT SPELL YOUR NAME. HOLD YOUR HAND IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE TO SERVE AS THE MODEL. DON'T COPY THE CHART'S HANDS. (SEE BELOW)
- 6 Hands - No more or less (too many will make your hands too small and too few will leave too much empty space.)
- Must sign your name or nickname. If your name is too small for the requirement, then use your last name or add your last intial -- figure it out!
- Must be a Contour Drawing --no shading or color.
- Add real letters behind your hands to serve as a contrasting element (Design your letters as shapes ... to be filled in as black letters.)
- Start with pencil -- go over with sharpie. See my example in class.
- Spend 10 minutes per hand. Don't finish too early. Use the entire block period. Sharpies will be handed out on Friday to finish.
